  • Bonjour et merci beaucoup pour ce travail de compilation, toujours aussi bien étayés, pour ces rappels de bon sens. Plus près de la nature et (petit clin d’oeil à Michel) plus près aussi de nos soeurs et frères les humains dans une réelle et belle relation harmonieuse, respectueuse, sensible, aimante. La nature et l’humain ne faisant qu’Un. L’humanité évolue, accompagnons cette évolution, participons !

    Merci pour cette super vidéo!
    L’histoire de la myopie me parle beaucoup. J’ai bien failli porter des lunettes si je n’avais été voir une super orthoptiste qui a diagnostiqué de justesse qu’il s’agissait d’une crispation musculaire. Etudiante, je révisais beaucoup, était en ville, rédigeait un mémoire sur PC et était stressée. En quelques semaines à prendre du recul, « relâcher » mes yeux en regardant au loin, je me suis rééduquée toute seule, et me suis sauvée de lunettes qui auraient + qu’entretenu le problème… Beaucoup doivent porter des lunettes par cette erreur. Un rendez-vous chez un orthoptiste en première intention est pour moi une bonne manière de savoir s’il faut corriger ou compenser un problème visuel.
    Je suis très intéressée par la perspective du programme sportif. Je débute une rééducation à la marche pieds nus et quitte bientôt la ville car j’en ai marre de la voir après plus de 5 ans de vie commune avec le béton.

J’écris actuellement sur le sujet et je trouve dommage de ne pas entendre la source de ce concept, le canadien Richard Louv, qui a beaucoup écrit sur le sujet depuis quelques années, notamment avec son livre Last Child in the Woods ou The Nature principles.     • Je n’ai pas cité car tout simplement je n’avais jamais entendu parlé de cet auteur. Mes sources sont comme d’habitude des études scientifiques toutes mises dans les références.
